CAREER EXPERTS: STRESS-FREE FOR SUMMER!
StartJul 05
EndJul 05
Stress free for Summer! Well, almost... research tells us that some stress is good for us; it helps us raise our game for short, focused periods of time (think of that important client presentation or that promotion interview).  However, when stress becomes chronic, it has a negative effect on our health and how we function, at work and at home.  It depletes our resilience, which is our ability to be adaptable and agile as we deal with change or adversity.  Resilience is a crucual skill to have in our professional and personal toolkit.  In this webinar, brought to you Voice At The Table's resilience expert, Jacqueline Heron, you'll learn some practical ways to build your resilience, take control and manage the stress at work more effectively.
